LVX Celebrates Global HQ opening at Lot Fourteen

The new Global HQ of LVX Global, an international technology solutions business, was today formally opened by the Premier of South Australia, Steven Marshall, at an event attended by staff, clients, industry peers and fellow Lot Fourteen tenants.

The spacious headquarters with room for 80 staff is located on level three of the Bice Building which is the last of the State Heritage listed buildings to be refurbished on the Lot Fourteen site. LVX Global undertook an interior fit out with leading architects JBG Architects with the aim to compliment and bring to life the buildings architectural qualities which are significantly Edwardian in source. The vision for the office was to create a space that reflects the values of the organisation and that is open and spacious. With a north-south orientation natural light fills the space with the east side having stunning views across the Botanic Gardens and the and west side overlooking the city.

LVX have moved all 20 Adelaide staff into the Bice Building, with plans to increase this significantly over the coming years with a global growth strategy firmly in place.

South Australian Premier Steven Marshall said LVX will add to the growing suite of companies choosing to call Lot Fourteen home.

“Lot Fourteen is the most exciting innovation precinct in the nation,” said the Premier.

“I’m thrilled that LVX Global has added to the growing suite of high-tech and high-growth companies choosing Adelaide as the best place to create jobs and do business.”

“Corey Gray, Chief Executive Officer of LVX Global said “Lot Fourteen is building Adelaide’s reputation as a global technology leader” “We are excited with our new headquarters and how it provides our staff with not only an incredible working environment but also an opportunity to collaborate with other Lot Fourteen tenants and stay engaged and connected with the technology world”.
