VIETNAMESE BOAT PEOPLE MONUMENT

LVX is proud to have been engaged with and contributed to the electrical design, controls and feature illumination of the Vietnamese Boat People Monument that was launched on Sunday the 7th of February  2021.

A project undertaken over 4 years and fantastic in every way: socially, culturally, aesthetically and technically this outcome is a very proud achievements. The Vietnam Boat People Monument is significant, beautiful, powerful, emotive and will stand for centuries if not Millenia as a reminder of one of the most challenging and divisive periods in history.

Kudos to amazing artists Tony Rosella and Ash Badios, and the engine behind the dream, Tung Ngo MLA.

A source of memory, reflection hope and inspiration.  Unimaginable loss and suffering, impossible courage and the indomitable power of the human spirit are now forever inextricably intertwined.
